This is a bright and cozy one-bedroom apartment located in a residential area of the city of Como. It is a perfect starting point for exploring the beauty of the Lake, thanks to its proximity to the city center and the Como Lago train station. The apartment is an ideal choice for two or four guests, featuring a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove and a coffee machine, along with a dining table. There is also a relaxing space with a sofa that can be converted into a bed to accommodate two extra guests. The apartment is filled with natural light and both the sleeping area and the living area are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort. The property features a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa bed, and a television. IMPORTANT: The security deposit and the administration fee, for the initial and final cleaning, must be paid to the landlord at the latest two weeks before the move-in date. The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the impossibility of entering the flat. RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before the check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will apply. Internet wi-fi, bills, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price. The rent includes all bills based on normal usage and they are set based on the size of the flat. If you exceed with gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental agreement).
