We offer three different types of rooms in Santa Barbara:

- Private rooms - in this option you have your own bedroom. Depending on the property, your bathroom may be either shared or private. Other facilities are shared with fellow students.
- Entire place - here you’ll have it all to yourself. You’ll get a room with your own bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, without having to share any facilities with anyone. The perfect choice if you love your privacy!
Are bills included in the rent?
