The Home
Our community is housed in a fully renovated early 20th century modernist building. There are 40 beds, elevator access, and an amazing communal rooftop. We offer both private suites and ready to move-in entire apartments. All units are furnished with the essentials and equipped for you to move-in and the building has concierge on weekdays from 11am to 7pm.

We offer multiple different types of suites across our shared units. Suites are available with either a private or a shared bathroom.

Looking for your own space? There are several private flats from one-bedroom to three-bedroom available.
Cleaning
We offer weekly cleaning of all private and communal spaces. Rent includes bed-linen and towels that are cleaned and changed on a weekly basis.
Conveniently located in the heart of Eixample, you’ll be able to reach most of the city by foot. In just a short walk from the building you'll find a terrace in Rambla Catalunya, a store in Paseo de Gracia or Gaudi’s La Pedrera. The area is well connected by public transportation whether your transportation of choice is metro, bus, or biking. The building is located right in the center of Barcelona’s Eixample, close to offices, points of interest and all attractions that Barcelona has to offer.
