What are the different room types you offer?
We currently offer three different types of rooms for student accommodation at Italia Conti:
- Shared Room: Two or more people sleeping in separate beds in the same room. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are all shared with other rooms.
- Private Room: Additional facilities are also shared with other rooms but you’ll have a private bedroom. In some properties you can also have private rooms with a private bathroom.
- Entire Place: This is a fully self-contained property. This means you don’t have to share with anyone. Your bedroom, as well as living, cooking and bathing facilities, are exclusively for you.
How do I apply for student accommodation at Italia Conti?

What options are there for contract length?
Most contracts last for one academic year. If you would like to stay for a longer or shorter term, please contact our booking consultants who will be able to give you information about which landlords are currently accepting stays of different lengths.
Are bills included in my rent?
This depends on the property you rent, but most of our properties in London have all bills included, so you’ll only have to pay the rent and nothing else. Make sure to confirm this though by checking the property page to see which bills are included.
Can I see the property before moving in?
Viewings can be arranged with our booking consultants. Many of the properties we list have excellent photos and videos available on the property pages though, so even if you won’t be able to get to London before your move-in date, you will be able to get a good idea of what your accommodation will look like.
