This depends on the property you rent, but most of our properties in London have all bills included, so you’ll only have to pay the rent and nothing else. Make sure to confirm this though by checking the property page to see which bills are included.

Many of the properties we list have excellent photos and videos available on the property pages though, so even if you won’t be able to get to London before your move-in date, you will be able to get a good idea of what your accommodation will look like.
