This property is in London’s zone 1, just a 10-minute walk away from the world-famous Big Ben and the Palace of Westminster. Southwark on the Jubilee line is the closest tube stop, just 5 minutes away on foot. The large train stations of Waterloo and London Bridge are also just a short walk away.
Britannia South Bank has great transport links to universities
Thanks to its extremely central location, reaching your university will be easy when you’re living in Britannia South Bank. London South Bank University is right around the corner, only a 5-minute walk away. King’s College London can be reached in 25 minutes on foot or in 15 minutes by public transport. When you hop on the Tube - as the London Underground is known - you’ll get to the University College London and the Imperial College London in about 25 minutes.
Different room types on offer
Britannia South Bank offers three different types of rooms for its residents. You can share a bedroom with a flatmate in a Shared Room. In a Private Room, you’ll get your own private bedroom and can decide if you want a private or a shared bathroom. If you book the Entire Place, you’ll get a fully self-contained studio with your own bedroom, bathroom and a private kitchen.
All rooms are fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe with a mirror, drawers for your belongings, a desk, a chair and laminated wood floors. Bathrooms are tiled and equipped with a shower cubicle, washbasin, mirrored cabinet and a heated towel rail.

On weekends, leave your student accommodation for a leisurely stroll along the River Thames. Find yourself enthralled by the riverfront street performers, or stop to watch local daredevils performing tricks at the Southbank Skate Space. When staying at Britannia South Bank, you won’t have to worry about extra charges. All bills are included, which means you won’t have to pay anything for water, heating or electricity. Wifi is also free, so you won’t have to worry about data costs when you’re video calling friends and family or catching a show on Netflix.
It will be easy to keep your new home clean, as there is also a free weekly cleaning service at the property. Bed linens are also changed for you during the weekly clean.

When you want to meet and hang out with the other students living in the property, head out to the student lounge. It’s equipped with a TV, so you can organise film nights with your new friends. The building also has fully equipped kitchens on every floor, so if you’re living in a shared room or just want to use a larger kitchen than the one in your studio, it’s easy to do that.
You can always feel safe in your new student home thanks to the CCTV and the onsite manager at the premises. Washing your clothes is easy thanks to the onsite communal laundry room that you can use for free.
