    相信我，选世界上任何一家其他的公寓都比这好。厨房和卫生间的设备有的都坏了，没人管。接待处的Nevia也很凶，而且什么都不会做，保安晚上都在睡觉，没人保障你的安全。

    热水？Wifi？不存在的。而且房东网站上好多照片都是不真实的。发邮件反映也没用，他们根本懒得回复你，处理问题也拖泥带水。

    After the deposit deductions none of the members of the management team wanted to reply to the emails and they ignored everyone with no explanation of the deposit charges. How professional! Honestly you're much better off staying at Victoria Halls just across the road which is cheaper and better value for money.

    The Wi-Fi was non-existent for half of the time, sometimes the water in the shower was cold for the entire day with no explanation from the management team. What's the most outrageous is that everyone got ripped off at the end of the tenancy and got charged riddiculous amout of money from their deposit. Professional room cleaning for 48 pounds? Well shouldn't the room be clean professionally after every tenants moves out? Disgusting. 10pound to take a bag of rubbish out? Is unopened toilet paper considered as rubbish? Maybe I should change my proffession and become a cleaner.
