Frequently asked questions about booking student apartments in Atlanta

How do I apply for student housing on Student.com?

Applying for our student housing is easy and hassle-free. Once you select the property you would like to live in, you can click on “View Rooms” on a property of your choosing. After this, click “Enquire” to create an account. One of our dedicated booking consultants will then contact you and help you secure the best option available. Student.com won’t charge you anything for this. You’ll only need to pay the rent to the property you select.

Can you arrange a property tour for me?

Most times, yes. If you’d like to see a property before moving in, get in touch with us. Depending on the property, you will either be able to have an in person tour or a virtual tour. Let us know if you’re interested on a tour and we’ll help set it up for you.

What are the different types of student accommodation you offer?

Each property and building have different rental options. If you book an Entire Place, you’ll get an entire apartment just for yourself, including a bedroom, bathroom and typically a kitchenette for cooking your meals. If you book a private room, you’ll get a private bedroom, but share other facilities with others. The private rooms in shared apartments are typically more affordable and the properties can help you with finding roommates.

What bills are included in the rent?

This will depend on the property you select. However, most of our student properties in Atlanta include all utilities in the rent. Our booking consultants will double-check this with the property you choose.
